Refund & Exchange Policy
At October, we craft high-quality, sustainable handmade scarves and want you to enjoy a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy before purchasing.
1. Refunds:
We offer full refunds for damaged or faulty products from our side, including shipping. To request a refund:
- Contact us at connect@octoberstore.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- Return the approved item within 15 days.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days after inspection.
2. Exchanges:
Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for different sizes, colors, or designs. To request an exchange:
- Email connect@octoberstore.uk with your reason and desired replacement.
- Return the approved item within 10 days.
- We will send your replacement or offer alternatives if the item is out of stock.
3. Customized Products:
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made just for you.
Important Notes:
- Items must be in original packaging with tags intact.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for products damaged from our end.
- We may refuse returns or exchanges that don’t meet these guidelines.
All international orders are non-refundable.
